Progression bonuses stack — a champion earns all five (+20 pts in total). Giant-killing applies on wins only, not draws. Tiers: 1 (Contenders) = ranks 1–12, 2 (Challengers) = 13–24, 3 (Outsiders) = 25–36, 4 (Wildcards) = 37–48.
